Does a human see my order?
Yes, each order is filled and checked by our staff just like phone orders.

What if I can't find a part on the site?
Just drop us an email and leave a phone number where you can be reached. We will do our best to find it.

How long does it take to get an email response back?
We do our best to answer emails in 48 hours.

What can I do if I need a part added to my order?
Once the sale is complete you will need to generate another order.

When will my order ship?
We will ship your order that day, as long as it was ordered before 3:00 PM Eastern time. Orders that are placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped out the following business day. If you order on Friday, don't expect your package until the following week even if you ship overnight. You have to pay a UPS Saturday delivery fee to have your packaged delivered on Saturday.

How do I purchase a car from the website?

Why doesn't my shipping and/or COD charge show up when I check out?
We charge ACTUAL shipping charges based on weight, dimensions, etc., not a set price per item. This makes shipping a lot easier and fair to everyone. We always put a packing list on the package with your shipping charges so you can see exactly how much your shipping is, but we don't know how much the shipping will be until we actually ship your order. For CODs, UPS charges an additional fee on top of regular shipping charges, this may be reflected in your shipping charges. We will contact you with your COD total so you may get a Money Order or Certified Check for you order .
